One of the hardest things about dieting is counting calories.  We have to remember to measure this and that, read labels, and keep food journals.  Then try to make trade offs between foods so that we are full and have enough variety so that we will stick to the diet.  All of this can get to be too much sometimes and it makes it easier for us to fall back into old habits which caused us to have to diet in the first place.  Calorie counting also makes going to the grocery store more of a chore and time consuming than it should be.  This is where programs like Medifast can make our lives so much easier and less frustrating.
