Goji berries and anti-ageing

They are used to treat various health problems and also to prevent diseases. Generally berries available in markets are the dried version, as ripe berries are very tender. Some people even drink the goji juice for its beneficial properties. People go to extremes to stay young and stop ageing. They spend large amount of money for looking young and preventing the visible signs of age on your body.
Goji berry is said to have anti-ageing properties as they are contain Vitamins B1, B2, C, amino acids, beta-carotene and other vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. Since these berries help our immune system, we stay healthy and this is reflected in our skin and hair. Skin and hair sparkle with health and there is extra luster and shine. When our internal system is healthy we do not have to depend on cosmetics and our items for looking young and fit. Goji berries are eaten in their dried form, brewed into a tea or consumed in liquid form as juice for gaining its age defying properties.
