A honeymoon in Oregon can be the perfect getaway for a newly-wed couple!  It is a state filled with much natural beauty.  One of the more spectacular sights is Multnomah Falls, situated along the Columbia River Gorge.  It is easy to access, located just off of the highway.   Getting there is in itself a lovely excursion–the weather in the gorge is quite moody, but when the sun is shining the river is a vibrant blue, and the sky boasts some of the most beautiful clouds you will see.  Opposite the river, the texture and color of the cliffs is very interesting to observe, and the rocks are decorated intermittently with small waterfalls.
