Do You Actually Want to Increase Cholesterol in 2009?
It’s a new year and everyone seems to be gaining weight with all the high cholesterol meals we all shared this Holiday season. Something we all can relate to, right? The big thing that’s usually on everyone’s mind this time of year is looking for ways to make ourselves a lot healthier. If you ask me what would be one of the best ways to end this year right and start a new and healthy year on the “right foot”, I’d suggest finding ways to increase your good cholesterol levels or HDL (high density lipoprotein), also called the “good cholesterol“.
